Simple rules for legitimate professional use.
These are pre-launch working terms and should be legally reviewed before paid checkout is enabled.
Individual subscription
An individual subscription is for one named person. Subscriber-library access is personal and may not be transferred or shared with another person.
Organisation subscription
A Founding Organisation subscription is intended to include up to five named portal users and a licence to circulate each delivered Briefing internally within the subscribing organisation. Archive access, search and subscriber-only tools remain limited to named authenticated users.
Credentials
The service is intended to use passwordless authentication. Named users must not intentionally provide others with access to their email authentication links or codes. Organisations may replace named users when personnel or responsibilities change.
External redistribution
Unless expressly agreed, subscriptions do not grant a right to republish full Briefings publicly, distribute them outside the subscribing organisation, resell them, or create a competing archive from the publication.
Corrections and service changes
The publication may correct, update or withdraw material where the public record changes or an error is identified. Subscriber features may evolve as the service develops.
